Cardiac Arrest is unpredictable and often occurs without warning. Omar Carter, a former Division One athlete, collapsed on the court and suffered a cardiac arrest during a basketball game in 2013. Today Omar Carter is using his experience to teach 1 million people how to do bystander CPR and to create awareness around the important role AEDs play in saving lives.

Relay Response recently teamed up with Omar Carter to teach CPR to college student athletes in Charlotte North Carolina. With Relay Response, a room full of student athletes practiced hands-only CPR with real-time feedback.
